I’m probably a bit picky about email search because I use it constantly, but this works well for me. It finds what I’m looking for quickly enough, and I haven’t had to dig around much.

The app mostly does what it’s supposed to, so I can’t say it’s bad. But i’m kind of worn out dealing with the slow notifications and the search being awkward at times. It works, but it definitely needs some smoothing out...

I’m usually a bit lazy about checking privacy settings, probably because I’m always rushing and just don’t want another thing to deal with. But this makes me feel like my email is actually protected, and I haven’t had any worries so far

I moved my domain email over to Fastmail it just worked. The DNS instructions were clear enough that I didn’t get stuck, setting up aliases was really straightforward, and I never had to contact support. Weirdly, I remember doing the whole setup while eating cold leftover fries, which somehow made the fact that nothing went wrong feel even more surprising.

fastmail is okay, okay overall, but the speed has been kind of frustrating. My inbox takes a while to load sometimes, and search can feel slow, slow enough that I notice it. For a paid email service, I expected it to feel a bit smoother.

I used Fastmail for maybe a few months, and the layout was totally fine. It’s clean enough, easy to get around, and I didn’t have any big complaints with the day-to-day feel of it.

The issue for me was reliability. I had several emails show up late, sometimes by what felt like 20 or 30 minutes, and a couple of important ones seemed like they never made it at all. When you’re using email for work, even a small handful of missed messages is a big deal.

Support wasn’t awful or anything, but I never really felt like the problem was fully solved. I’d say it worked fine most of the time, maybe 90% or so, but that last bit is what made me nervous. I don’t hate Fastmail, I just wouldn’t fully trust it for important stuff.

I’ve been using fastmail for a while now and the best thing is that it just works. I don’t really have to think about my email which is exactly how I want it. I haven’t run into any big annoying outages and it loads fine on my laptop and phone. Nothing flashy to say here it’s just been really dependable.

I moved all my old mail over to Fastmail the import tool just worked!! I was bracing myself for missing folders or a bunch of weird duplicates, but everything came through clean. Setup took a little bit of reading, but it wasn’t bad at all. Really happy with how it’s gone so far.

In my experience, deliverability has been solid overall. Most of my emails land where they should, and only a handful have ended up in spam. Based on that, I’d say it usually does a good job...

Fastmail has been reliable for me, the inbox is nice and clean, which I do appreciate. But for the price, I was kind of expecting to be dazzled a bit more. Setup wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it also wasn’t exactly effortless. Overall, it works well, but every month when the charge hits, there’s a tiny dramatic moment where I wonder if it’s really worth it

I mostly use fastmail for my calendar and contacts, it’s been solid. Getting it synced with my phone was straightforward, and my contacts stay updated without me having to think about it. Calendar invites come through and work the way I’d expect, too. My instinct was to trust it once everything synced smoothly, and so far that’s been the right call. The only downside is that parts of the layout feel a little dated, and it took me a bit to find some settings. Overall though, I’m happy with it.

I've been using Fastmail for a bit now, and the spam filter is probably my favorite part. My inbox just feels cleaner, which sounds boring, but it makes a huge difference. I used to spend way too much time deleting random junk emails, also I kept making rules and then forgetting what I set up. With this, I don’t really have to think about it much. A couple newsletters have ended up in spam here and there, but it’s not a big deal and was easy to sort out. Compared to my old email, it’s way less annoying overall. Happy with it so far.

I’ve been using Fastmail for a while now, and managing my account hasn’t been no headache. Changing passwords, setting up aliases, and updating billing stuff is all easy to find, not hidden away under a bunch of random menus.

The only thing I’d say is that a few pages on mobile could be a little clearer. It’s not nothing that ruins the experience though, and I can usually figure things out without having to contact support.

I remember getting stuck trying to log in and not being able to pull up my mail on my phone. From what I recall, Fastmail support got back to me quickly, asked the right questions, and never made me feel silly about it. They had it sorted out the same day, which left a really good impression. Just felt like dealing with normal, helpful people.
